Wondering how the market moved in June?
📆 As we rolled into summer, the Sherman Oaks has been sending us some mix messages, however, the market stayed active, continuing the energy we saw in June. Buyers are staying competitive, and sellers are stepping up.
For the month of June 2025, Sherman Oaks recorded 178 active listings and 61 homes sold—a solid pace that reflects ongoing movement and confidence in the market.
Now, looking at our specific neighborhood:
We had 7 active listings and 1 sold—keeping the momentum going with steady local activity.
🏡 Sherman Oaks is showing strength across the board, and with summer coming to an end, we expect even more movement ahead.
